Noite alta na casa de Dilu. Todos já se recolheram aos seus quartos. Mas na cozinha, ouvem-se murmúrios e sussurros que vêm dos armários de louça, do freezer, das prateleiras onde já estão separados vários pratos, cumbucas, loucinhas e louçonas que comporão o “mis en place” do almoço do dia seguinte.
Do armário se ouve um potinho oriental de servir sopa dizendo para um cubinho de acrílico feito para a mesma finalidade:
– Pode esquecer. Amanhã quem vai para a mesa sou eu e meus irmãos. O almoço é árabe!
– Eu não contaria vantagens antes da hora. Você sabe que Dilu inventa e reinventa, e é na hora.
– E quem vem? As diluzetes?
– Acho que amanhã serão casais, mas a Polinha , digo, Sra Ana Paula Lanari vem. Ela é diluzete de primeira hora, né?
De repente, se ouve um murro vindo de dentro do freezer e em seguida, um comentário do chocolate branco, já na bancada.
– Hummmmmm, é o caviar! Tá doidinho comigo! Seremos um par em breve.
– Enlouqueceu querido? retruca o potinho de Flor de Sal. Fosse comigo, ainda teria chance. Flor de sal em sobremesas tem feito sucesso. Mas um affair de Chocolate branco e Caviar? Amor impossível!

(kikiki, e assim foi a conversa, a noite toda, ENTRE MURMÚRIOS E SUSSURROS, até o dia amanhecer e Dilu e seu staff entrarem na cozinha).
